Hydrogen peroxide uses in staph/mrsa

I would just like to make a comment and see if anyone else has found this helpful. I have had this infection for 2.5 yrs. I think I have tried most all of the conservative meds they use for this......I have never been on IV antibiotics, so far.

The other day I got into the shower with a large bottle of peroxide and just poured it generously all over myself from the chin down, and rubbed it in good. I foamed up like crazy, of course. Then I took my regular shower with my medicated body wash for psoriasis/eczema and then rinsed and repeated with the peroxide. Its been 2 days since I did this and all of the lesions seem to be drying up. I am not sure how good this will work in the long-run, but has anyone else had experience with peroxide? I have also gone back to trying Protopic ointment again as well. I sure hope to find something that works. It seems every time something looks promising, you turn around and break out all over again within a few weeks.

Sincerely, Lyn

Hey Lyn
I could not help it but read about your peroxide baths. First of all, peroxide should never be bathed with, clean outside wounds with alcohol putting some bleach in bath tub (or as normal folks do) clean bath tub should disinfect. 2 years is a long time to have infection, depending where this infection is on your body you should consult a health care professional pref some one in the Epidemiological fields.

Kim Kitty -

Of course there are many companies/product endorsers who have jumped on the band wagon promoting theirs works best in eliminating MRSA bacteria. I have not looked into hydrogen peroxide, but I’m a firm believer in what is proven to work. From experience you would find bleach and lysol spray at my house.

With bleach bathing I used 1 cup of bleach to a bath tub full of water during severe outbreak. A caution… be sure skin can take it and doesn't become too dried out cause cracking – which MRSA would further capitalize on. I wouldn’t indulge in this treatment more than twice a week, spread as far apart as possible.

Thank you for the shout out Kim, you’re welcome. I truly appreciate knowing you have found information helpful, as this is what drives me.

Best to you and yours.

Always,
ladyk

Majority of Doctors unless they 'really' care will treat with anti-bacterial ointment $60-$70 a tube an it still dont work. The person quoted above 'bout spraying Hydrogen peroxide makes more sense cause as they said 'it was getting better?' what other proof does one need? Steel Magnolia keep on doing what you feel best for you, cause if medical people havent helped you in 2 years or more? THEY AINT GONNA HELP YOU? They know however they want repeat business, if they help you one time and your healed they do make money. Each one of us need to use some 'common sense' Quit writting 'Blank checks' for these so-called 'Practitioners' we can practice without the robbing of our wallets. And if these concerned ones 'really' care they wont be the least offended by true statements. Way to go-Steel Magnolia

I buy 35% food grade hydrogen peroxide by the gallon. I used it to cure my
rheumatoid arthritis. I followed Dr. David Williams program to cure my arthritis.
Food grade h2o2 kills all anaerobic bacteria. A drop or two in a glass of water a
day will help with a lot of problems you may have. I also soak in a tub of hot water
and 5 cups of h2o2 for 1 hour. It takes care of many skin problems. DO NOT USE
STORE BOUGHT H2O2 IT HAS HEAVY METALS IN IT.

I have done exactly that and it works, you cont kill what travels in your body deeper but Staph epidermis and aurious are both on skin usually, one because it is epiermis and the other one because it needs air that is why is aureus, so unless it goes to the longs you might find it on the skin, many times it wont penetrate that deep but you can exfoliate your skin with exfoliating sand or exfoliating gloves and then apply the peroxide, it works well i have done it for long and never had an issue caused by the direct application

Hydrogen peroxide has bleach in it so it seems like it would work good on MRSA
since bleach baths are recommended.

You might check out the garlic and garlic water/garlic baths threads. They are very effective and contain detailed discussions as to exactly what makes it work and why it kills bacteria in the whole body no matter how resistant the bacteria is.

Baths in non-irradiated garlic water are more effective than bleach baths and far less toxic. Check it out.

FKMRSA -

Hydrogen peroxide should work on surface infections quite well but if it doesn't get the deep inside infection, natural garlic does. Please see my garlic and garlic water threads for details but in short, crushed raw natural garlic's allicin is the active ingredient and it naturally carries a positive electrical charge and all bacteria carry a negative charge so they are drawn together by a universal force and when they meet, the allicin kills the bacteria immediately and even the most resistant bacteria are helpless against allicin, which kills in a more direct way than antibiotics.

It's fascinating to watch it work. Please check out the threads and see what you think. While you're at it, check out the Garlic Success Stories page and see what you think.

Thanks for all the praise for my Hydrogen Peroxide therapy! H2O2 also is instrumental in curing the HIV and AIDS epidemic. I have been curing people for decades of this fungal infection. Simply add 2 drops of H2O2 in your drinking water and in a matter of days you will be "virus" free- though its a fungal infection and not a virus. I wouldn't use Di-hydrogen Monoxide though- like a lot of so called "doctors". That stuff can be toxic!

Make a paste of turmeric, baking soda and coconut oil. Google it! I also added a
couple drops of lavender oil into the paste. Had a crazy staph infection on my leg
a couple years ago and it went completely away in 1 month. I also had a cup of
turmeric milk tea/golden milk morning and night to fight it from the inside as well.
Wellness Mama’s website gas a good golden milk recipe except I added coconut
oil to mibe. I’m only left with a tiny scar.

If it works, use it.

The body itself makes and stores Hydrogen peroxide to use to kill invaders and keeps stores of it stashed around the body, in the tonsils, adenoids, appendix and spleen that I know of but there may be others. When I was a young man it was not known what these organs and things were but now we know and to think doctors once advised that tonsils and adenoids be removed; in fact, mine were.

I believe in a lot of old-fashioned herbal folk remedies because I know exactly how and why they work and that's why I post in this forum, to help others understand.

Good luck to you.

I've seen many comments here regarding the use of Hydrogen Peroxide and garlic.

I've started using peroxide in my nose and it definitely helps calm things down in there. I appreciate the support of those that have written about the peroxide.

My experience with these things is that they work for a few months, until the bugs get used to them and your back to square one, flesh eating, boils, nose infections and trouble to say the least.

Keep the bugs busy by changing the way you fight them when they start getting used to the treatment. e.g. Garlic pills work very well... for a few months. Switch to a reliable immunity booster that includes flora bacteria reconolization with bee propolis for example. When that stops working try a different immune booster. Never despair, keep fighting, and praying.

The doctors, in general, have no clue what to do about this bug. They hardly know anything about it. They just repeatedly give you those blue or red pills antibiotics. (The red ones cause intestinal bleeding by the way). And they do it with a smile. They know nothing because they (many of them) only believe in scientifically "proven" anti bugs, which stop working just the same after repeated use. Dont rely on them for this issue.

Wishing you all good health and luck.

Hello Robert Banker -

I know hydrogen peroxide is good medicine because the body manufactures its own and stores hydrogen peroxide is specific places in the body, the tonsils and adenoids and also the appendix and the spleen for emergency use.

In my experience, eating garlic has lots of health benefits but it will not stop an active infection. Eating store-bought garlic from China has none of the usual garlic properties because it has been irradiated and the enzyme that causes the health benefits is killed by the radiation and so no allicin ever forms. Any garlic that one consumes or uses in other ways will not work at all if it has been irradiated and Chinese garlics exported to the USA gets irradiated.

In order to use garlic effectively, it must be in its natural state and not irradiated. The radiation kills the garlic so it doesn't sprout or have any hotness when eaten raw because no allicin is formed. One can breathe in the fumes from freshly crushed garlic through the nose and kill off all bacteria in the nostrils and sinuses.

There is a lot of misinformation circulating about garlic and much of it wrong. If you want to learn all about the reality of natural (non-irradiated) garlic, you're in the right place. Just look up my posts and read them. You can learn more about garlic and exactly how and why it does what it does in this forum than anywhere else on the internet.

Why do I think I know what I'm talking about? I have grown garlic commercially for over 25 years and am the author of gourmetgarlicgardens.com which has been up for 20 years, during which time I have met and had many conversations with three of the most knowledgeable people in the world on the chemistry of garlic and I have read their books so I know what things they all agree on and two of them are heads of the Chemistry Dept. at respected universities and the third was head of R&D at a major supplement company but is now retired. My writings here are my interpretations of practical applications of the facts I have learned from these experts.

Not being a doctor of any kind, I cannot give anyone any advice but I can discuss the properties of natural garlic and how those properties change depending on how the garlic is processed and used. And, yes, it makes a huge difference what variety and cultivar of garlic one uses because they are all different and some are hotter and stronger than others and are more effective when used properly.

If you will read my garlic and garlic water posts you will come away with a greater understanding of garlic than you can get anywhere else.

Good luck to you.

Hi Bob,

Thanks so much for taking your time to reply to my post!

I found your discussion in another post and found it so very informative. It is very much appreciated.

I bought 2 bulbs from a seller on gourmetgarlicgardens.com. Problem is that a bulb costs about as much as a full meal. I live in Canada. Maybe next summer I'll harvest and store 100 bulbs for the winter!

Thank you so much!.

Ps I actually did find that 1 large clove of non-irradiated twice a day, diced and swallowed with water (not chewed please!) actually does stave off skin infections. What I meant with that it stopped working after a few months was infection in the nose. And I was referring to the garlic pills not the fresh bulbs. I got tired of peeling and chopping the garlic daily, so I reverted to the pills. Guess it's time to repent and use the fresh garlic again!

Thanks again. Your response was very supportive!

Hi Bob,

I tried your garlic water this morning as an emergency maneuver after waking up with an infected nose.

The stuff was STRONG! After a few healthy sneezes, the nose cleared up and the pain was gone.

This is terrific! You are a God send, no question about it.

Thanks again!
